Q. When do I need to place my order?
A. A three day lead time is requested, however we do understand that events pop up that you will need a sweet treat. Sometimes we can accommodate short notice if the workload permits. There may be a "rush fee" of 10% added.
Q. Is there a deposit required?
A. All orders will require a 50% deposit no less than 72 hours prior to event.
Q. What is the delivery fee?
A. The delivery fee is based on distance. Please inquire before confirming your order.
Minimum fee is $5.00. Corporate delivery fees will vary.
Q. Do you ship?
A. We can ship for an additional fee. Shipping is only available for the state of Ohio. Only certain items can be shipped, please inquire about those items. We recommend 1-2 day shipping to preserve the quality and presentation of
your sweet treat.
Q. Can I get items that are not on your website?
A. We can accommodate custom orders. Please inquire for a quote.
Q. Can I order online?
A. Not at this time, however you can send us an email, located on the "Contact Us" tab and we will respond within 24 hours.

A. Yes we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express
